Vineet Kumar is the Honorary Director (Academics ) at KET. Vineet is a graduate from IIT Kharagpur and has a very research oriented bent of mind. He has also studied Vedanta under Swami Dayananda Saraswati of Rishikesh and is well aware of the traditional system of knowledge. He loves teaching Physics and Vedanta. He has been associated with a few schools too, helping them develop their curriculum and teach the students the subtle nuances of Physics. He had been a research scholar at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and his interests include the subject of Astronomy & Astrophysics, Stellar Astronomy, Radiative Processes, High Energy Astrophysics, Interstellar Dust, General Relativity, Cosmology, Galactic Dynamics, Fluid Dynamics and Radio Astronomy. He has been a successful computer software expert too working on various computer languages and had been in the role of software analyst.
Kamlesh Soni is the Director (Admissions & Placements) at KET. He retired from Hindustan Copper Limited at DGM (HR). He is a seasoned hand for KET with a wide ranging experience and educational qualification. He has done Post Graduation in Human Resource Management and Social Work. LLB from Delhi University, BSc (Maths and Statistics) from St John’s College Agra and Schooling in Scindia School Gwalior. He is a result oriented professional with more than 36 years of quality Industrial Experience in Hindustan Copper Limited, in the fields of Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Industrial / Labour Relations, Training, Legal, Security and Vigilance matters, Change Management, Strategic Management, Operation Research, Quality Management Performance Management, Manpower & Career Planning, Time & Cost Management,Corporate Social Responsibility, HR Projects Consultancy, Organisation Development, Service and Labour matters.
